Vaping

What is vaping?

Vaping is the act of inhaling vapor produced by a vaporizer or electronic cigarette. The vapor is produced from materials such as an e-liquid or vape juice, concentrated, or dry herb.

How do vaping devices work?

All vaping devices work in the same fundamental way:A battery powers a coil heating element that turns a liquid solution known as e-liquid into an aerosol.

Different devices apply these principles in differing ways – and it’s surprising just how many variants have been created from such a simple concept!

Why should I vape?

Vaping provides you with the sensations, rituals and nicotine that smoking provides, but is not smoking. In fact, from a flavor perspective, we believe vaping is now more enjoyable and satisfying than smoking ever was.

Is vaping safe?

Unfortunately we’re not allowed to discuss the safety of vaping devices due to federal restrictions. We’re very sorry about this, but you can do plenty of independent research yourself on the internet.

Is vaping right for me?

If you’re an adult smoker then the answer is yes. Non-smokers should not take up nicotine in any form. The addictiveness of nicotine as provided by vaping devices is as yet not fully understood, but it should be assumed that it does have the potential to cause dependence.

Can I quit smoking by vaping?

It is impossible to say whether you can quit smoking by vaping. The only thing we can say with certainty is that there are many people who are known to have quit smoking by substituting with vaping.

Whether you will be one of those people depends on a few factors, such as how motivated you are, how much effort you make finding a device that works for you, and how much you find you enjoy vaping to being with. The only way to find out is to try!.

Vape Juice

What is E-Juice, or E-Liquid? Are they the same thing as vape juice?

E-Juice, also called E-Liquid is the primary material used in vaporizers or e-cigarettes. E-Juice has become the most commonly used term in recent years along with “Vape Juice”.

What are the main ingredients of vape juice? Is it safe?

Vape juice consists of PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin) base, flavorings and may or may not contain nicotine.

Both propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin are non-toxic organic compounds and considered safe for consumption. They are widely used in a variety of commercially available foods.

What are PG and VG liquids?

PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin, or glycerol) are ingredients in e-liquid which create the vapor. Both are widely used in a variety of products for human consumption.

PG is associated with a stronger “throat hit” but with less visible vapor, whereas VG has a sweetish taste and produces a much more visible vapor. Some vapers find PG irritates their throat and lungs and choose to use VG based e-liquids instead. Some e-liquids contain a blend of both ingredients to balance out the characteristics of each.

What VG/PG Ratio Should I Get?

The ratio of VG to PG will have an effect on the consistency of your E-Liquid. VG is a thicker solution, compared to PG. The thicker the fluid, the larger the “clouds” one can produce, also known as vapor production.A solution that is 50% VG / 50% PG is going to be a thin fluid. A solution that is 80% VG / 20% PG is going to be a very thick fluid.

Higher PG solutions will deliver more of the “throat hit” experience that is similar to a cigarette. A 50% VG / 50% PG solution will deliver much more throat hit, than an 80% VG / 20% PG solution.

Most vape juices on the market today are a 70% VG / 30% PG, and most of all vapers prefer a 70% VG / 30% PG blend or 65% VG / 35% PG.

What is Nicotine and is it Dangerous?

For beginners new to vaping, using a common e-cig setup, we generally recommend the following rule of thumb depending on your previous level of smoking:

Non smoker 0 mg
Few cigarettes a day 3-6 mg
Half a pack a day 6-9 mg
More thank half a pack a day 9-12 mg
A pack a day 12 mg

The above guidelines are not exact, so don’t be concerned if you fall outside of this range. If your e-liquid arrives and it’s a little too harsh to you, then perhaps try a lower nicotine strength. Or if you find it’s not giving you enough of a satisfying throat hit, then you can try increasing your nicotine strength on your next order.

Over time we recommend trying to lower your nicotine levels for the best overall vaping experience, as your taste buds will adapt and flavors will become more vibrant to you at the lower nicotine levels.

What is the payment method for wholesale purchase?

We prefer to use Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for wholesale orders. We save more on merchant fees. If reseller wants to use paypal, they will bear additional 2% of total cost for Paypal fees.

Help! I made a mistake on my order!

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order after the credit card has been charged. Please make sure to double check your order before completing the purchase.

I received my order and there was something wrong, what do I do now?

If there is any issue with your order, broken bottles, wrong flavors, nicotine levels, etc. please take a picture immediately and email them to customer service. We will fix any issues right away.

How to Shop & Ship via Aramex?

Shop & Ship is one of the famous option for middle east buyers. We can also provide for those who prefer to use it, but it is quite different from Aramex Express:

  • The shipment takes 10-25 days to arrive, according to Aramex Malaysia.

When will my order ship?

Most orders usually ship within 2-3 days. If you place your order Friday-Sunday, your order may take a an extra day or two to ship depending on the volume of orders we receive on the weekend. Customised orders can take up to 7 business days to ship.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number.

All Courier Company will be updated in 24 hours. The system automatically tracks and updates the status to you via email & mobile phone, so you will be informed in time.

Return & Refund

Do you have refund policy?

As with other consumable products, we do not provide refund after sales. We only refund if there is technical error on our online store during your purchase or if you received wrong item. If you mistakenly purchase the wrong product, or not 100% satisfied about the product, the refund policy would NOT cover that.

I received the wrong item from the one i purchased.What should i do?

If you received wrong specification of product, email our customer service at hello@medusajuiceco.com and please arrange for the return of the item (we will reimburse you). When we receive and inspect the parcel, we will confirm this via email.

The reimbursement will be credited to the payment method used within 2-10 days after the confirmation email has been sent. After that we will immediately ship the new juice to you.
